Combined experience synopsis
Led an the to-end development and delivery of a cloud-based and mobile enabled telehealth platform for auto collection and storage of patients vitals through medical devices from requirements, RFI/RFPs, vendors selection and contracting, solution architecture, systems design, medical devices integration and quality and real patients testing. The solution was designed with HIPAA-compliant architecture using angular, node JS, swift and Mongo DB technologies on AWS backend with portals for operator, medical provider, doctor and patient.
Supported the establishment of a leading ministry by overseeing delivery quality and workplans of two global consulting firms. Led the scoping, vendor contracting, and delivery assurance of an enterprise data platform built on Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. The solution delivered strategic analytics to senior decision-makers, supported by robust PMO governance, deliverables quality reviews and acceptance criteria, daily operations management, and progress reporting
Directed the end-toend implementation of Workday HRMS and payroll across several middle east countries for a major international firm. Oversaw planning, functional configuration, integrations, and processes reengineering for Payroll, Core HR, Talent Aqcuisition, Onboarding & Offboarding, Compensation and Benefits, Absence Management, and EIBs, executing integration and functional testing, preparing and uploading gold data and going live
Led two distinct strategy engagements for national-level government entities—one focused on developing a comprehensive strategic plan for a crisis and emergency authority, and the other on cascading objectives and KPIs for an interior-focused ministry. Brought in domain experts, conducted stakeholder workshops, surveys, and benchmarking, and facilitated end-to-end articulation of strategic objectives. Designed aligned scorecards, business process linkages, and governance structures to embed strategy into operations and track performance across departments.
Designed, launched, and operated transformation PMOs for two high-profile UAE government entities, and led the redesign of a PMO operating model for a national digital authority in Saudi Arabia. The scope included PMO setup, methodology design, governance frameworks, and institutional capability building. Provided program-level support including charter development, delivery planning, execution support, and advisory to senior leadership. Delivered reporting dashboards for financials and progress tracking, and enabled knowledge transfer to internal teams to sustain PMO operations post-engagement.
Led the full establishment and implementation of core banking systems for Islamic banks in Qatar, UAE, Jordan and Sudan for leading regional and international banking groups. Oversaw the end to end program from business case development, product design, Sharia board coordination, and regulatory approvals. Delivered full branch and window setup, branding, and infrastructure, including ATMs, trade finance, and electronic clearing, core banking, integrating with back-office systems and ensuring operational readiness. Projects were delivered within scope, time, and quality, receiving direct commendation from executive leadership.
Led the end-to-end delivery for a top bank for an enterprise integration for IBM WebSphere middleware and Cisco IPT across branches and contact centers for a regional bank. The project included initial requirements, RFI, a combined RFP for both middleware and telephony platforms, and overseeing vendors selection, contracting, and implementation of IBM MW, IPT, IVR and contact center resulting in standardized services, integrated communications, and improved customer experience.
Managed the transformation and automation of 10+ enterprise services on ServiceNow and designed 15+ robotic process automations using UiPath across business, HR, finance, and operations. Oversaw end-to-end processes redesign, configuration, and implementation of KPIs and data quality metrics to monitor performance. The programs delivered $5M in value and over 100K hours in productivity gains through digitalization and, service standardization.
