Experience synopsis
Led 4 major PMO projects in UAE and the GCC, supported the establishment of a newly formed federal ministry by overseeing two global consulting firms—managing delivery quality, work plans, and execution governance. Separately, designed, launched, and operated a full transformation PMO for a government entity in Dubai, including governance setup, execution oversight, and knowledge transfer. For a leading ministry, led a 12-month transformation program PMO covering reporting, risk management, and change enablement. In Saudi Arabia, redesigned the PMO operating model for a digital government entity—aligning with Vision 2030, strategic program structures, and delegation of authority. All engagements included charter development, vendor coordination, dashboard reporting, stakeholder advisory, and institutional capability building.
managed the end-to-end implementation program of Workday HRMS and payroll across several GCC and Middle East countries for a major international firm. Oversaw planning, functional configuration, integration, processes reengineering, training, testing, gold data preparation, and go-live launch for Payroll, Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding, Compensation and Benefits, Absence Management, and EIBs.
Managed the transformation and automation of 10+ enterprise services on ServiceNow and designed 15+ robotic process automations using UiPath across business, HR, finance, and operations. Oversaw end-to-end processes redesign, configuration, and implementation of KPIs and data quality metrics to monitor performance. The programs delivered $5M in value and over 100K hours in productivity gains through digitalization and, service standardization.
Program managed the full Islamic Banking establishment and core banking systems delivery for new Islamic banks in Qatar, UAE, Jordan and Sudan. Oversaw the end to end programs from business case development, product design, Sharia board coordination, and regulatory approvals. Delivered full branch and window setup, branding, and infrastructure, including ATMs, trade finance, and electronic clearing, core banking, integrating with back-office systems and ensuring operational readiness. Projects were delivered within scope, time, and quality, receiving direct commendation from executive leadership.
Led two major enterprise integration programs for leading Gulf-based banks. The first involved the end-to-end delivery of IBM WebSphere middleware and Cisco IPT across branches and contact centers, starting from RFI and combined RFP development through vendor selection, contracting, and full implementation—including IVR and contact center rollout. The second focused on integrating IBM WebSphere middleware to enable secure payment gateway connectivity with Aramco, overseeing development, testing, and go-live. Both projects standardized services, enhanced interoperability, and improved customer engagement channels.
Managed several enterprise data warehousing and analytics programs across banking, telecom, consulting, and government sectors. Projects spanned over a decade and included implementations for an Islamic bank, a telecom operator, a global consulting firm, and a UAE federal ministry. Led full data lifecycle design—from data sourcing, staging, transformation, and modeling, to consumption—ensuring alignment with regulatory, strategic, and operational needs. Built executive dashboards and dynamic reports using tools such as Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft Power BI, and Alteryx, embedding strategy and operational KPIs. Solutions provided real-time decision support to C-level leadership, enhancing visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking across organizations.
project managed the to-end development and delivery of a cloud-based and mobile enabled telehealth platform for auto collection and storage of patients vitals through medical devices from requirements, RFI/RFPs, vendors selection and contracting, solution architecture, systems design, medical devices integration and quality and real patients testing. The solution was designed with HIPAA-compliant architecture using Angular, Node JS, Swift and Mongo DB technologies on AWS backend with portals for operator, medical provider, doctor and patient.
