Establish and operate PMO|PPM, ensuring structured management, cross-functional coordination, executive oversight, and seamless transition to internal teams through comprehensive handover, enablement, and embedded practices

  • Run planning, reporting, governance, and follow-up processes
  • Monitor financials, benefits, risks, and KPIs across portfolios
  • Lead steering committees and coordination across delivery units
  • Deliver training, SOPs, and handover to internal teams

Manage Program Delivery

Manage end-to-end delivery of large and complex programs, ensuring alignment across all initiatives and projects through structured scoping, budgeting, planning, integration, and stakeholder coordination to drive execution across workstreams.

  • Define and manage the overall program structure, charter, and delivery roadmap
  • Lead and coordinate project managers and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Monitor execution progress, interdependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Ensure realization of benefits and alignment with business objectives

QA Program Delivery

Provide independent quality assurance oversight for programs to ensure governance adherence, transparent performance tracking, and identification of compliance or delivery risks that may impact successful execution.

  • Review program status reports, RAID logs, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Assess compliance with methodology, governance frameworks, and scope controls
  • Validate integrity of reporting, including consultant, vendor, and client 
  • Identify delivery gaps and risks and recommend preventive and corrective actions
