Establish and operate PMO|PPM, ensuring structured management, cross-functional coordination, executive oversight, and seamless transition to internal teams through comprehensive handover, enablement, and embedded practices
Manage end-to-end delivery of large and complex programs, ensuring alignment across all initiatives and projects through structured scoping, budgeting, planning, integration, and stakeholder coordination to drive execution across workstreams.
Provide independent quality assurance oversight for programs to ensure governance adherence, transparent performance tracking, and identification of compliance or delivery risks that may impact successful execution.
