Execute Transformation

Take on the hands-on role and responsibility of managing and operating the TMO day-to-day follow-up, coordination, financial control, risk management, and KPIs across all functions. programs, and projects to ensure delivery against outcomes.

  • Resource & Operate Transformation Management Office (TMO)
  • Manage and oversee initiatives planning, risks, and dependencies
  • Monitor initiatives execution, benefits realization and KPIs
  • Produce dashboards, steering updates, and issue resolutions

Support & QA Transformation

Provide executive-level advisory and QA reviews on transformation initiatives to support Boards, CEOs, top management and program owners and champions in making informed decisions, navigating complexity, and sustaining delivery momentum.

  • Perform QA reviews against governance, risk levels, KPIs, and standards
  • Support boards and CXOs decision-making and participate in steering forums
  • Advise and support initiatives owners in structuring, planning and prioritization
  • Monitor progress against plans, budgets, risks mitigations and corrective actions
